TERMS

All payments are due prior to shipping. Payment forms accepted are American Express, MasterCard or Visa.

FREIGHT

All sales are F.O.B. Long Beach, California. Orders of $200 or more will be freight prepaid on ground shipments in the contiguous United States.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.  No exceptions. 

1.  Please email shop@sassafety.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number.  No return will be accepted without an RGA #.  We do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.

How To Return A Defective Item
Defective products must first receive a Return Good Authorization (RGA) # from SAS Safety Corp.

Defective products will be evaluated and analyzed by the SAS Safety quality control personnel.  No credit will be issued until evaluation of defective product has been completed and approved.  If determined that the product is not defective and/or does not meet the warranty terms, SAS Safety will not issue a refund.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  

Re-stocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  We do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.  

All customers must return product(s) freight prepaid and all risks of loss and damage of goods are the customers’ responsibility.

WARRANTY

As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company; all goods sold by SAS Safety Corp. are carefully manufactured, tested, inspected, checked and packaged by experienced workers, and are as free from defects as possible prior to leaving the factory. Any goods sold by SAS Safety Corp. under the terms and conditions contained herein that may prove defective by reason of material workmanship within 90-days after shipment will be replaced. SAS Safety Corp.’s Oil-less Air pump has a 1-year manufacture defect warranty to the original owner from the date of purchase. Alleged defective pumps cannot be returned for credit. Repairs must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Serial number and date code will be needed. If date code is more than 1-year, owner must provide a copy of original receipt prior to obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. At the sole discretion of SAS Safety Corp. will repair or replace (one time only), at no charge. Customer is responsible for freight charges to SAS Safety Corp. in all cases. Oil-less air pumps out of warranty needing repairs will require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number for an estimate of repair. Repairs not covered under warranty have a 30-day guarantee. Oil-less air pumps must be returned in its original product packaging materials or equivalent, and/or be well padded, to prevent damage when in transit, and should be adequately insured by customer.

DELIVERY AND DAMAGE

The customer is urged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier and must sign for number of cartons received when palletized. Claims for shortages on orders will not be considered unless presented to SAS Safety Corp. within 10 business days after receipt of goods, or otherwise customer will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the shipment. If goods are visibly damaged, the customer should insist that the carrier note written confirmation of the damage on the freight bill. If concealed damage is found after unpacking, the customer must notify SAS Safety Corp. and the carrier involved within 48-hours to obtain verification of the damage from the carrier. 

CHANGES

SAS Safety Corp. reserves the right to make reasonable changes of any kind in its products and/or its packaging and correct any printed pricing error without notice. The need for continuing improvement of products and other factors require the making of changes from time to time in product design, material specifications, and product dimensions.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation of order(s) must be called into our Customer Service Department and verified that the order has not been shipped. SAS Safety Corp. is not responsible for cost on any order(s) shipped prior to receiving the cancellation phone call notification. SAS Safety Corp. will not accept the responsibility of calling the customer prior to any shipment.
